We hold outdoor classes out of two locations: The Panhandle Park at Clayton Street between Fell and Oak Streets or Ashbury Street between Fell and Oak Streets.
Each class is $20 (book here). Unfortunately, we have paused class packs at the moment and will let you know if they return.
Yes! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you the basics prior to starting so that you are well prepared for the hour long session.
Various equipment is needed depending on the class you take, as outlined below. You can rent or purchase most equipment from us on our store page and reservations/purchases must be made at least 12-24 hours in advance to guarantee equipment.
BOXING I
Required: Boxing Wraps, Boxing Gloves, Water Bottle
BOXING II (PAUSED)
Required: Boxing Wraps, Boxing Gloves, Water Bottle
Recommended: Fitted Mouth Guard, Boxing Headgear
THROW TO FLOW (BY EVENT ONLY)
Required: Boxing Wraps, Boxing Gloves, Water Bottle, Yoga Mat
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (PAUSED)
Required: Yoga Mat, Jump Rope, Water Bottle
BOXING BOOTCAMP (CANCELED)
Required: Boxing Gloves, Jump Rope, Water Bottle
Recommended: Boxing Hand Wraps, Yoga Mat
At the moment we do not offer kids classes but you can sign up with one of our coaches for 1x1 sessions to help your child build confidence and learn the basics of boxing.
Please cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund or class credit. Classes canceled in less than 24 hours will not get credit or a refund for future classes. You can cancel by emailing us at info@sfboxingclub.com or by logging into your SF Boxing Club account, if you have already made one.
You can rent or purchase most equipment from us and we will bring it to class for you. Reservations/purchases must be made at least 24 hours in advance of class from our store.
If we need to cancel due to weather or some other hazard (like poor air quality), we will notify you by email at least 12-24 hours in advance. You can choose to receive a refund or a class credit to reschedule.
